3. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, or display.
Original artwork is one of a kind unless otherwise stated. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. A product is not considered purchased until payment has been successfully completed.

If an item is mistakenly sold more than once, listed at an incorrect price, damaged before shipment, or otherwise unavailable, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We may contact you for additional information before fulfilling an order. We may limit quantities or decline transactions that appear to be fraudulent, made for unauthorized resale, or inconsistent with these Terms.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Damaged Orders
Purchases are subject to our separate Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
7. Original Artwork
Original artwork is sold as a unique physical object. Purchasing original artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, commercial-use rights, or intellectual-property ownership.
We may retain and use photographs of sold artwork for:

Colors, placement, cropping, scale, and texture may vary slightly between an original artwork and a reproduction or product containing that artwork.
Print editions will be identified as open edition, limited edition, signed, unsigned, or embellished when applicable.
Customers may not scan, reproduce, alter, resell, or commercially use the artwork appearing on a purchased product.
The lawful resale of an original physical product does not include the right to reproduce or license the image.
