A Few Things to Know
Custom artwork is created in Jennifer's expressive, intuitive painting style. Reference photographs, color preferences, and inspiration are welcome, but each finished painting will reflect the artist's creative interpretation.
Custom Commission Payments
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure an accepted custom artwork commission. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before shipping or pickup.
The commission is officially booked once the project details have been agreed upon in writing and the deposit has been received.
The estimated completion window is 4–6 weeks from the initial inquiry, subject to availability, approval, and timely payment. Rush commissions may be accepted at the artist's discretion for an additional fee.
If the artist is unable to complete the accepted commission, any payments received for unfulfilled work will be refunded, unless another resolution is agreed upon.
All commission terms, including cancellation conditions, will be confirmed in writing before payment.
