What to Expect
When you arrive, you will be welcomed into a quiet, peaceful space intentionally set apart from the noise of everyday life.
We will begin by simply settling in—there is no rush here. Through a short Scripture reflection, we’ll gently center your heart and invite the Lord into our time together.
From there, I will guide you into a simple creative process using paint or mixed media. You don’t need to know what you’re doing or have any experience. You will be gently led, with space to explore, respond, and create at your own pace.
There is no pressure to perform or “get it right.”
This is a space to be present, to listen, and to respond.
We will close with a brief time of reflection and prayer, allowing you to notice what surfaced and carry that with you beyond the session.

These sessions are for women who are longing for a quieter, more personal space to meet with God.

I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, or art therapist, and these sessions are not a substitute for professional mental health care.
You are invited to engage at your own pace and comfort level. You are always in control of how deeply you choose to go during our time together.

Preparing Your HeartBefore your session, you will receive a few simple prayers and optional Scripture readings to help you gently prepare.
There is nothing you need to do perfectly.
If you’d like, you can spend a few quiet moments beforehand inviting the Lord into this time and asking Him to meet you where you are.
Come with openness, even if it feels small.
That is more than enough.

These one-on-one sessions are designed to give you a quiet, personal space to slow down, connect with God, and respond through creativity. No art experience is needed—just an open heart.
One-Hour Creative Worship
A gentle, guided hour to slow down, center on Scripture, and engage in a simple creative response. This session is perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed, creatively stuck, or simply need quiet time with God without pressure.

A more spacious and unhurried session designed for women who want to go deeper. With extended time for creative worship, reflection, and prayer, this experience allows you to process, rest, and meet with God in a meaningful way.
